Learning Styles -v- Multiple Intelligences

Many of us will have heard of learning styles and the preferred way we like to learn. Yes, they are preferences so don’t be placed in a box. You usually have more than one preferred style, a mix is good.
You may have come across ‘Blended learning’ but it’s not a mix of online and face to face learning, it is a mix of learning styles to meet many desired preferences of learning.
But, if you look at the image above and look at the work of Howard Gardner: ‘Frames of Mind The Theory of Multiple Intelligences’ (1983) it all starts to make sense. It’s all about how our brain processes and retains, then recalls data.
So stop being a pragmatist, theorist, reflector and/or activist and use your multiple intelligences…..

Many have failed because they can’t see a way out.
Transformational leadership is probably the answer.
Get in touch if you want to explore how you can become a transformer.

Our future leaders will need to be compassionate and emotionally intelligent.
Where will you start?
Get in touch to discuss your plans, I have coaching and mentoring sessions available with myself and associates during March 2021.
